Summary
How are reports filtered?
The filter applies only to customers who currently have active (or past due) paid subscriptions.
If a customer has multiple subscriptions and only some are scheduled to cancel, the customer is not considered scheduled to churn.
If all paid subscriptions are scheduled to cancel, the latest scheduled cancellation date is used.
This is a customer-level filter. Customers are either included or excluded in their entirety if they match the filter criteria.
