• You can now add custom attributes to subscriptions in ChartMogul.

  • Manage subscription custom attributes under Settings & Data → Custom attributes → Subscriptions.
  • Attributes can be added to subscriptions from customer profiles in the UI or via the API.
  • ChartMogul also automatically ingests Stripe subscription metadata and maps it to subscription custom attributes.

• You can now leave comments on customer profile pages.

  • Comments can be used to capture context, share notes with teammates, and keep important customer information directly alongside the customer record.
  • Mentions and notifications are supported, making it easier to collaborate around customer accounts.

• All cohort reports now support Cohort Curves (“hanging ribbons”) visualizations.

  • This makes it easier to compare how cohorts evolve over time and identify retention or revenue trends across different cohort groups.

• Customer profiles now provide more detailed visibility into FX (currency) movements in the Subscription History table.

  • When applicable, you can enable Show detailed history to see an FX Impact column and additional rows for gains or losses due to currency fluctuations.
  • This helps explain MRR changes caused by exchange rate movements and ensures the Subscription History view reconciles correctly across currencies.

• You now have more control over how MRR churn and retention metrics are calculated.

  • Choose whether reactivations and MRR contraction are included in the numerator.
  • When slicing by plan, control how revenue leaving a segment is handled, including proportional retention, full churn, or exclusion.
  • Available for Net MRR Churn Rate, Net MRR Retention Rate, Gross MRR Churn Rate, and Gross MRR Retention Rate.

  This feature is only available if you’re on the new analytics backend. If you can see the All Subscribers chart in your account, you’re already using it.

  Note: Accounts using the legacy “Shopify churn rate formula” won’t have access to this feature. To enable it, switch your default to the “B2B formula.”

• ChartMogul now supports using one email address across multiple accounts. Users can be invited to multiple ChartMogul accounts with the same email and switch between them from the account switcher.

  • Each account keeps its own roles, permissions, ownership, and security settings, so users can have different access levels across different accounts.

• Some filters can now be toggled between customer-level and subscription-level when building segments and applying filters in ChartMogul.

  • This gives you more control over how filters behave when they’re based on subscription properties, such as Currency, Source, or Quantity.
  • Use customer-level filtering to include or exclude entire customers, or subscription-level filtering to include only the matching subscriptions and their related values.

• You can now use OR operators between filters when building segments and applying filters in ChartMogul.

  • Previously, filters were always combined using AND, limiting how conditions could be grouped.
  • You can now combine AND and OR operators and control how filters are grouped using parentheses.
  • This makes it easier to build more flexible queries, such as grouping multiple plans or conditions within the same segment.

• You can now customize the columns in any drilldown view by selecting from both default and custom customer fields.

  • This makes it easier to include additional context when exploring data, such as adding a churn_reason column when analyzing churn, or website and industry when reviewing new business.
  • To use this feature click the Ⅲ icon in the top-right corner of any drilldown tables.

• You can now add MRR, ARR, and Subscriber targets directly to dashboards in ChartMogul. Add a Target widget to track progress toward your goals alongside your other dashboard reports.

  • To add one, open any dashboard, click the ⚙️ icon next to the dashboard title, and select Add a report to this dashboard → Target.
  • These will gradually replace the previous Targets feature in the left-hand sidebar as we move toward a dashboard-first approach to targets.

• We’ve added six new reports to ChartMogul:

  • Recurring Revenue Growth Rate
  • Paid Subscriber Growth Rate
  • Paid Subscriber Retention Rate
  • Average Customer Lifespan
  • Subscription Movements*
  • Paid Subscription Growth Rate*

• Destinations now support manual pushes. You can send data to a destination at any time using Send data now instead of being limited to once per day.

• ChartMogul now supports Chargebee unbilled charges. When enabled (within the Chargebee source settings) charges added to a subscription but not yet invoiced will be reflected in ChartMogul immediately, rather than only after the next invoice is generated.

  • This ensures subscription changes appear sooner, keeping Chargebee customers’ subscription metrics more complete and up to date.

February 2026 🧊

• On the Net Cash Flow and Gross Cash Flow charts, you can now drill down into the Gross Subscription Cash Flow row to see a breakdown between:
  • Initial subscription payments: The first-ever subscription payment from a customer (excluding reactivations, upgrades, etc.).
  • Follow-up subscription payments: Any subsequent subscription payments after the customer’s initial payment.
  • This makes it easier to distinguish between revenue from new subscriptions and revenue from existing customers.
• You can now add a My Tasks widget to dashboards. The widget displays six of your open tasks, ordered by due date, so the tasks that need your attention soonest appear at the top.
  • To add it, open any dashboard, click the gear icon next to the dashboard title, and select Add a report to this dashboard → My Tasks.
