How are reports filtered?

• The filter looks at the renewal dates of all active paid subscriptions for a customer.

• If multiple active paid subscriptions exist, the earliest renewal date is used.

• This filter supports subscription and customer modes. Customer mode includes or excludes whole customers; subscription mode returns only matching subscriptions. In customer reports, both modes behave identically.
