How are reports filtered?
The filter applies only to customers who currently have active (or past due) paid subscriptions.
If a customer has multiple subscriptions and only some are scheduled to cancel, the customer is not considered scheduled to churn.
If all paid subscriptions are scheduled to cancel, the latest scheduled cancellation date is used.
This filter supports subscription and customer modes. Customer mode includes or excludes whole customers; subscription mode returns only matching subscriptions. In customer reports, both modes behave identically.
