Summary
- Use the Trial-to-paid in days filter to include or exclude subscriptions based on the number of days between starting a trial and starting a paid subscription.
How are reports filtered?
- When a customer has one or more trial subscriptions, the filter evaluates those trials at the subscription level.
- For each trial, the filter measures the time between the trial start date and the start date of the subscription that the trial converted into.
- If any trial-to-paid conversion matches the selected criteria, both the trial subscription and the resulting paid subscription are included.
- This filter can be combined with Plan during trial and Plan at subscription start to narrow the set of trials and subscriptions considered.
- If a customer has no trial subscriptions, the filter falls back to customer-level data and measures the time between the customer’s
free_trial_started_at date and their paid_subscriber_since date. In this case, the filter includes or excludes the entire customer.
