Summary

• Use the Trial status filter to include or exclude customers based on their trial status.

How are reports filtered?

• Trials are subscriptions with type Free trial or Paid trial. Available statuses:

  • Never had Trial
  • Active Paid Trial
  • Active Free Trial
  • Expired Paid Trial
  • Expired Free Trial

• If a customer has multiple trial subscriptions:

  • An active trial takes precedence over expired trials.
  • If both a paid and free trial exist, the paid trial status takes precedence.

• The Free trial started at field on customer records is not considered when determining trial status.

• This is a customer-level filter. Customers are either included or excluded in their entirety if they match the filter criteria.
