Summary

How are reports filtered?

• Paid Subscriber Status is determined by whether a customer has one or more paid subscriptions. The possible values are:

  • Never a Paid Subscriber
  • Past Due Subscriber
  • Active Paid Subscriber
  • Cancelled Paid Subscriber

• If a customer has multiple paid subscriptions, statuses are prioritized as follows:

  1. Past Due
  2. Active
  3. Cancelled

  For example, if a customer has one active subscription and one past due subscription, they are classified as Past Due Subscriber.

• This is a customer-level filter. Customers are either included or excluded in their entirety if they match the filter criteria.
