How are reports filtered?
Customer status may be a lead status (for customers who have never had a paid subscription), which can be set manually.
It may also be a computed subscription status, such as Active Paying Subscriber, Past Due Subscriber, or Canceled Subscriber, derived from the current state of the customer’s subscriptions.
This is a customer-level filter. Customers are either included or excluded in their entirety if they match the filter criteria.
