Summary

• Use the Free subscriber status filter to include or exclude customers based on whether they currently have or previously had a free subscription.

How are reports filtered?

• Free subscriber status is determined by whether a customer has one or more free subscriptions. The possible values are:

  • Never a Free Subscriber
  • Active Free Subscriber
  • Cancelled Free Subscriber

• If a customer has multiple free subscriptions:

  • Active subscriptions take priority, and the customer is classified as an Active Free Subscriber.

• If a customer also has (or had) paid subscriptions:

  • These do not affect the customer’s free subscriber status.

• This is a customer-level filter. Customers are either included or excluded in their entirety if they match the filter criteria.
