• Use the MRR contracted filter to include or exclude customers based on when their total MRR decreased.

How are reports filtered?

• The filter looks at changes in a customer’s total MRR and identifies dates on which a contraction occurred.

• If a downgrade and an upgrade occur at the same time, the net MRR movement is used to determine whether a contraction happened.

• This filter supports subscription and customer modes. Customer mode includes or excludes whole customers; subscription mode returns only matching subscriptions. In customer reports, both modes behave identically.
