• Use the Plan filter to include or exclude subscriptions based on their plan.

How are reports filtered?

• With charts
  • For each time interval on a chart, a subscription is included or excluded if it matches the filtered plan(s) during that period.
  • If a subscription changes plan during the report's date range it may enter or exit the filtered results and contribute to the chart at different times.
  • These transitions are reflected in the data table below the chart using special rows, such as MRR/Subscribers that entered or left the segment, when applicable.
• With customer lists
  • Returns (or excludes) customers who are currently subscribed to the selected plan(s), or who were on those plans at the time they canceled.
• With cohorts
  • Applies the filter only to the subscription(s) used to define the starting cohort.
