How are reports filtered?

• With charts
  • Subscriptions are included or excluded based on the plan they were on at the moment the subscription started.
  • Both free and paid subscriptions are considered.
  • If a customer starts multiple subscriptions during the report period, each subscription is evaluated independently.
• With customer lists
  • Returns (or excludes) customers who have at least one subscription that started on the specified plan(s).
• With cohorts
  • Applies the filter only to the subscription(s) used to define the starting cohort.
