• Use the Plan at time of first purchase filter to include or exclude customers based on the plan they selected when they first became a paying subscriber.

How are reports filtered?

• Additional plans purchased after the initial subscription purchase – or the subscription plan selected when a previously churned customer reactivates – are not considered.

• If a customer purchases multiple plans at the same time (for example, a multi-product or multi-component subscription), the customer will match the filter if any of those plans meet the criteria.

• This is a customer-level filter. Customers are either included or excluded in their entirety if they match the filter criteria.
